Purpose of Meeting
Stamford Cares, a program of Family Centers, will provide education, community engagement and resources available to the community. Our mission is to raise awareness about HIV and Hepatitis C prevention, providing rapid HIV/Hep C tests, distributing condoms, and offering sexual health literacy.
