The American Job Center Network provides services to unemployed and underemployed individuals seeking jobs and job search assistance at no cost. Job seekers are afforded convenient access to the employment, education, training and information services they need at a single location.
Everyone and anyone is welcome and encouraged to visit the American Job Center Network and use the reference materials such as newspapers, journals and job posting board. Posted positions include all levels and salary ranges from entry-level to upper-level management.

Jumpstart Career Program provides clients the skills to secure employment and earn the income necessary to exit homelessness. The program has three distinct components:
- Vocational training to be a home health aide in partnership with Home Care Assistance of Southern Fairfield County, the local franchise of the Home Care Assistance network.
- Jumpstart education provides clients with 13 workshops built around three core areas: Building the Foundation, Getting to Work, Staying Employed. Classes include money management, interviewing, understanding workplace expectations, conflict resolution, time management and much more.
- Jumpstart employment is a free in-house employment agency that offers one-on-one counseling and job placement services.

The program provides case management, mentoring, educational interventions, service-learning, occupational training in demand industries which lead to industry-recognized credentials, workforce activities that lead to employment, follow-up services, and expungement and diversion services. Training will be provided in the transportation, construction, and healthcare industries. Face Forward provides employment & training services for young people who are or have been involved with the juvenile justice system. To be eligible, candidates must be between the ages of 14 and 24.
