Kelly F. O'Donnell, whose practice areas at Pullman & Comley are business organizations & finance and trusts & estates, works with businesses of all sizes to help them understand the legal requirements to running their operations. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, contract review and negotiation, corporate formation, customer and vendor agreements and negotiations, protection of intellectual property, corporate succession planning and tax planning.
A member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Kelly graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, where she received the Award for Exceptional Service for work as production editor on the University of Michigan Journal of Race & Law.
