David Lyons has been the Principal of Den Corporate Advisors for more than 20 years. In this role, he provides counseling services to businesses from start-up to middle market concerning both their sales and marketing process and their operational structure. Having led the acquisition of more than 45 businesses, on both the buy and sale side, he guides businesses through the process of getting the best price when selling their company, and assuring the proper search is made and fair value is paid when pursuing strategic acquisition opportunities.

Lyons also founded, and served as chairman and chief executive officer, for a number of private and public companies, primarily on the technology space. He has also served on a number of corporate boards, mostly in the technology space. His background as a corporate and securities attorney contributes to his understanding of “how the process works.”

Lyons sits on the advisory board of Boon Networks, a design and network accumulator, and on the board of National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Southwest CT. NAMI is a nationwide non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by mental illness.
