Dror Futter is a venture capital and technology attorney at the Rimon PC Law firm. He advises ventures and investors on venture financing and technology companies on their commercial agreements. Previously, he was the general counsel of a venture fund and a venture-backed start-up.

Futter is the editor of the Start-Up & Emerging Companies: Planning, Financing & Operating the Successful Business treatise, published by ALM Global. He is a member of the legal advisory board of the Angel Capital Association and was a long-time member of the NVCA model form drafting committee. He is a mentor at Princeton University’s Keller Center for Innovation in Engineering Education and The Jewish Entrepreneur.

Futter earned his A.B. degree in political science magna cum laude at Princeton and his law degree at Columbia Law School. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
