Sergio Pedro, Cyber Pro on Cybersecurity

Sergio (Serge) is a 25-year cybersecurity professional who has direct experience with building and maintaining global organizations dedicated to mitigating corporate information risk for businesses in a wide range of industries. In the early 1990s, Serge was a member of Pricewaterhouse's first tiger team focused on ethical hacking and Senior Director of professional services at Foundstone, later purchased by McAfee. Most recently he was the CEO of Lodestone Security where he built a profitable proactive security and incident response consulting business. He has a proven track record of partnering with senior management to reduce costs, improve performance and enhance security. He also has a combined corporate and consulting background which, in addition to cybersecurity, includes significant exposure to domestic and international privacy services and managing technology for a global multi-billion dollar investment organization. In addition, he has worked with several venture capital and private equity concerns within the M&A lifecycle, from IT due diligence to post-merger systems and process integration.
