Enjoy Halloween fun, treats, crafts, music and more, including:
Selecting new books for building their home libraries
Hearing spooky stories from special guests, including Mayor Caroline Simmons and CT State Rep. Hubert Delany
Halloween costumes encouraged!
For students in grades pre-K to 5 and their families
Presented in partnership with the Stamford Public Education Foundation.
