Ann Zucker, Partner at Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey, Joins Ferguson Library Foundation Board
Ann Zucker, a partner at the law firm of Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey, has joined the board of The Ferguson Library Foundation.
Ms. Zucker, who served as the firm’s managing partner from 2016 – 2020, has extensive experience in real estate, corporate governance, tax exempt entities and health care law. Her experience includes the formation and counseling of all types of business entities and ventures, with a particular interest in nonprofit entities.
In addition to her involvement with the Library, Ann serves as an advisory board member of the Child Guidance Center of Southern Connecticut and director of the Stamford Partnership. She is a past director of the Connecticut/Rhode Island Red Cross and a past chair of the South Central Connecticut American Red Cross.
The Ferguson Library Foundation is a separate nonprofit organization which uses private contributions to help the Library enhance its collections and services, beyond what is available through public funding. The role of the Foundation is to ensure long term financial sustainability for the Library.
