Let's Discuss Health Equity

Health Equity Solutions (HES), a Connecticut nonprofit that promotes policies, programs and practices that support equitable health care access, delivery and outcomes for all state residents, released a survey here to collect your insight about health equity issues that concern you. Residents are strongly encouraged to participate; all input will remain confidential and will help inform HES's 2023 legislative agenda and the work of the new Commission on Racial Equity and Public Health. The survey only takes five minutes to complete.

This survey was created to fulfill HES's mission to develop community-informed policies that are crucial in addressing community needs and to offer communities opportunities to voice concerns and decide which policies should shape their experiences.
