Curtain Call will hold auditions June 5 and 6 at The Kweskin Theatre from 7 to 10 p.m. to cast all roles for Beautiful, The Carole King Musical, which will open the 51st season at the Kweskin this fall. For more audition, callback, casting and rehearsal information, click here.
Beautiful, The Carole King Musical, winner of two Tony Awards in 2014, will be directed by George H. Croom, who will be joined by musical director Clay Zambo and choreographer Kelly Nayden at the auditions. The musical follows Carole King's inspiring journey from teenage songwriter to her entry into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Rehearsals begin July 31.
Curtain Call is Stamford's only non-profit producing theater company. With year-round performances at The Kweskin Theatre and The Dressing Room Theatre, the company annually produces a free outdoor Shakespeare production, at least 12 full-scale productions, and special events.
