10-Year Comprehensive Plan

The Ferguson Library is committed to being an essential community resource by continuously evolving its services, spaces, and staff to meet the diverse needs of Stamford's population. Recognizing space constraints and underutilization, the library initiated an Architectural Feasibility Study in 2023 with HMA2 to assess and reimagine its facilities for future growth. The study focused on improving infrastructure, enhancing customer experience, and planning cost-effective, flexible spaces that serve the community effectively now and in the future. The ultimate goal is to create spaces that promote inclusivity and community engagement.
